About the event
This includes a guided session of forest therapy in the majestic fern glades (exclusive access to this private property), premium treats from a local bakery, forest-foraged tea, and a bonus wildcrafted lip balm from Wild Calm. Since this is a private property we will be accessing, we will be the only ones there. Autumn in this mossy forest is truly magical! What a way to celebrate International Forest Bathing Day 2024!
There is a minimum group size of eight for this session to run. Registration will close 48h before the event.
This site is flat and easy terrain. There is a long, gentle hill to access the site, but the 4-H Centre will provide Kubota rides to anyone who would prefer to not walk up or down the slope. Directions to the meeting place will be emailed to all registered participants.
