Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Wild Calm will be suspending in-person walks until further notice in the interest of physical distancing. I am now offering virtual forest therapy sessions to continue supporting connections among people and with nature. These sessions (details and dates below) aim to contribute to community mental health during this difficult time. You can join from anywhere with the Zoom app on your phone - a park or natural area/forest is ideal, if you're able. All times listed are in Mountain Daylight Time.
