Do you want to lower your blood pressure and improve your immune system? Forest therapy is for you. It's been shown to boost immune function and sustain lower blood pressure following the session. 

Do you have mobility challenges or concerns about your physical abilities to do outdoor activities? Forest therapy is for you. It's a slow-paced walk that is accessible to any level of fitness and a variety of mobility challenges.
