About the event
Have you heard of forest therapy or forest bathing, but you're not ready to dive in for a full-length session? Want to get an idea of what it's all about? If this describes you, this is your chance to join an introductory, 90-minute guided forest therapy experience with Wild Calm!
This site is also conducive to a variety of mobility challenges, as it features wide, grassy paths with gentle hills and benches at points along the trail we will be exploring. We do not travel far, especially for an abbreviated, introductory guided forest therapy experience. We move very slowly and this gentle practice is welcoming to all levels of physical fitness.
This includes an introductory guided session of forest therapy, premium snacks, and forest-foraged tea.
There is a minimum group size of three for this session to run. Registration will close 48h before the event.
