Explore the River Valley Series 3-Session Package

To celebrate Wild Calm Forest Therapy's third birthday, I'm offering a three-session package: Explore the River Valley Series! This series will let you experience forest therapy in three unique locations within Edmonton's amazing urban forest. You'll also receive a gift from Wild Calm and Mother Earth Essentials, an amazing local Indigenous business. The gift alone is valued at over $43! If you're looking to invest in self-care or would like to give it as a gift (or both!), this is a great way to do it! 

You'll be registered for the full package of three sessions regardless of what date you choose when purchasing your ticket.

• Session 1: Larch Sanctuary (afternoon forest therapy) on Sunday, October 16

Session 2: Blackmud Creek Ravine (morning forest therapy) on Saturday, October 29

Session 3: Buena Vista Park (Full Moon forest therapy) on Tuesday, November 8

Each date includes a guided session of forest therapy, premium snacks, and forest-foraged tea.

There is a minimum group size of three for this session to run. Directions to the meeting places will be emailed to all registered participants.

Please note that Larch Sanctuary and Blackmud Creek Ravine are not suitable for participants with mobility challenges. The terrain is hilly.
